Winemaking: Manual harvest in the first decade of October (about 10th October). Fermentation and 14 days traditional maceration. About 18 months ageing in French oak casks and refinement in bottles.
Best drunk: From 3 to 10 years after harvest, but the best vintages can age for a very long time - over 10 years.
Serving temperature: 18-20 °C
