Shines for complexity with violet, straw, After Eight mint and chocolate aroma, balsam and cinnamon. Dense palate with velvety tannins and long, lifted acidity, good sucrosity and a savoury finish. Good length. A warming and chocolaty finish, yet fiercely authentic. Fermented with its own yeasts and aged in big Slavonian oak for 15 months (including the malolactic fermentation).
