This wine moves in the direction of strawberries, cranberries, quince and cherries. Medium-bodied, it displays terrific crispness, plenty of fruit, tiny bubbles and a real vibrancy and energy to its effervescence. Drink it over the next 1-3 years. These are amazing sparklers, and production is relatively limited, but consumers love them.
