Tasting Note: Deep ruby red color with garnet shades. Warm, ripe on the nose, intense and of great refinement. The taste is complex, smooth, full bodied, lots of cherry notes and plum.
Tommasi Description
Very intense ruby-red color. The nose reveals a tempting range of cherries and flavors of fig pie with accents of thyme, pomegranate and espresso. In the mouth it is full-bodied with good acidity, which accentuates and perpetuates the flavors. The entire tasting is enhanced with a very pleasant tannic texture, that fades towards a spicy finish of excellent persistence.

Lots of licorice, bark, pine cones and red peppers. Full- bodied and juicy, with a subtle yet firm tannin structure, delineated fruit and a dry, cedary finish that should expand with some time. It would be wise to wait a few years. Drink or hold.
