Nv Vouette Et Sorbee Description
Made of pure pinot noir, this contains just four percent of reserve wine, from a perpetual cuvée that's stored in a large oak foudre. Fidèle tends to be closed and constricted in its youth, requiring a year or two to reveal its depth of flavor, yet this release is approachable. It's lively and pure, with a lithe, elegant build and a vivid, expressive core of fruit, and its vibrant structure provides an excellent balance on the palate.
