"A beet root, cherry and rhubarb tang—with peppery spice behind—is distinctive. The palate is full figured, by Pinot standards, with oodles of tart red berry fruit and quietly muscular tannins. Somewhat lacking in depth and length, it's pleasing nonetheless, and would be killer beside duck with macerated cherries."
