Miniere F&R Description
"Les Voirmissa" is a vineyard that was planted to Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in the early 1970s by Fred and Rodolphe's father over 50 years ago. The wine is aged 5 years on the lees before disgorgement. The bubbles here have the texture of satin, and the vinous quality that producers like Miniere aim to achieve really comes through here.
