Aromas: Fragrant orchard fruits like fresh green apple, ripe pear, and yellow peach mixed with honeyed notes, subtle white flowers, and a heavy undertone of crushed slate and flint stone.
Palate: The wine strikes a tense balance. While it carries a pronounced, succulent natural sweetness, it is heavily counterbalanced by a sharp, laser-like backbone of acidity typical of the 2021 vintage. This keeps the mouthfeel exceptionally clean, vibrant, and energetic rather than syrupy or cloying.
Finish: Long and salivating, ending with a mineral, salty tang and bright citrus oils.
