A subtle application of wood can be found on the cool and airy aromas of mostly Granny Smith apple, wet stone and acacia. I very much like the texture and vibrancy of the acceptably concentrated and intensely mineral-driven middle weight flavors that conclude in a bone-dry, youthfully austere and beautifully balanced finale. This very stylish, indeed classy, effort is quite tightly wound and set to repay a decade plus of keeping.
