French Town Description
Pearl Thief is the current release of our white blend from the Renaissance Vineyard in North Yuba. The Sauvignon Blanc is always the first grape to ripen in our vineyards, and in 2021 we began picking on August 1st. The Renaissance vineyards tend to ripen unevenly due to the rows being planted along the contours of the mountain, resulting in multiple passes to pick the vineyard as we following the ripening pattern.
