Appearance: A luminous pomegranate-seed red or deep copper-orange with golden reflections.
Aroma: Expressive and multi-layered, featuring rosehip, orange peel, and wild raspberries. These are balanced by Mediterranean herbs, stony minerality, and subtle spices like nutmeg.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a tactile, grippy texture. It displays a sophisticated balance of zesty acidity and harmonious tannins—which are rare for Pinot Grigio but characteristic of this skin-contact method. Flavors of fresh pear, white peach, and cooked rhubarb are prominent.
Finish: Long, persistent, and savory with lingering notes of herbs and salty minerality.

Fuoripista is a different kind of wine that takes an alternative route and has a different approach towards nature.
This wine is the result of a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano, and aims to express the true essence of this variety, widespread in the Trentino region.
The wine spends more than 8 months on the skins inside Tinajas (amphorae) allowing the delicate character of Pinot Grigio to reveal.
