Domaine des Geais Description
Bouquet of fresh blackcurrant fruit, with a good intensity of flavors. A full-bodied and well-balanced wine, rich and concentrated.
Short maceration (one week), depending on the variety, at variable temperatures from 10 to 12°C. After the run off, the temperature is elevated until 20°c in order to start the fermenting process. We keep the temperature at 24°c during the fermentation to create the best conditions for the natural yeasts.
37% Arbouriou, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Syrah and 9% Merlot
