Domaine de la Pepiere Description
Wine making process
The grapes are handpicked and carried to cellar with great care. We use gravity to fill in the pneumatic press; the grapes are not crushed. A very gentle must settling allow the natural yeast to generate the fermentation. This cuvée rests on its fermentation lees until the Spring, without being racked.
Food pairing
Served between 12 & 14°C, this floral and fresh wine is perfect as an aperitif or with a meal. It’s an excellent accompaniment to shells and crustaceans.
