The 2021 Le Bourg is sited in one of the area's most-coveted vineyards, Brézé, offering a salty, tightly wound style. There are lemon, almond and apple flavors on this light-bodied yet firmly poised white with a sense of chili spice and salty notes. One of the main challenges here is children from the neighboring school kicking footballs into the vineyard. The vineyard team can only spray on Wednesdays when school is closed.
