A great white from a lesser frequented wine region in the Loire Valley, the Cotes d'Auvergne AOC. Domaine des Trouillères is a younger Domaine (relatively speaking), but they have made quite a name for themselves since their opening in 2015.
Tasting note: Quince, lemon, apricot, mineral and textural.
