Chateau Vieux Chevrol Description
Tasting Notes: Brought up in large barrels (demi-muids) and a blend of 80% Merlot and 10% each of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2016 Château Vieux Chevrol is a fresh, lively, mid-weight effort that has attractive dark fruits, spice, and earthy, underbrush-like aromas and flavors. It could use more fruit, but it's nicely balanced, with a pretty, seamless texture and plenty to like. It should keep for a decade.
