The wine is revealed on the notes of plums, cassis, rosemary confitures and beautiful notes of savory and earthy. With a little overture, the wine should be even sweeter and take advantage of a greater aromatic intensity.
The bottle is juicy, endowed with a beautiful acidity typical of the great Nebbiolo. The notes of cassis, black cherry and the slightly astringent tans add a truly authentic character to the wine. The finale is harmonious and has a remarkable longueur.
