VINES CLOSE TO THE SEA IN VIEW OF THE MONTMELL MOUNTAINS
Varieties: 100% Sumoll from the Baix Penedès and Alt Camp counties of the Tarragona region
Terrain: Poor, clay and some calcareous soils at an altitude of between 300 and 500 metres
Production: 10 months in large, 300 and 400 litre French oak casks and in earthenware amphora on its lees.
Organic wine: Yes, from 2017 harvest.
