TASTING NOTES Appearance Pale, bright straw-yellow in color. Nose Powerful and expressive. Aromas of flint, ripe fruit, and citrus predominate, joined by a distinct minerality. Palate Exhibits very lively acidity, intense saline notes, and a long finish.
