Seelbach's Notes: Candied green apple nose. Woodsy, caramel coated cherry. Toffee. Softer sandalwood and oak with a kiss of leather.
For as much spearmint and baking spice as it has, it’s all vanilla sugar coated. Dark fruits. Clove. Espresso.
The finish is softly trailing citrus forward, very creamy with cherry and maple syrup and soft oak. This is a delicious, elegant rye.
