Gonzalez Byass Description
The 1975 vintage is amber with orange reflections, steely rim, medium intensity tear, clean and bright.
On the nose it is pungent, elegant, complex and powerful. Nuts, toasted almonds, hazelnuts and apricots. Delicate and subtle with oxidative nuances and a light liqueur tip at the end. In the mouth it is compact, dry, with an evolution marked by the old tannins that are interspersed with nuts and toasted notes.
